How Pullcast uses listings

Pullcast reads listings that companies publish publicly (for example on their Greenhouse, Lever or Ashby job boards). For each match we show only the listing's title, the company name, its location, and our own analysis (the reasons it matches), and we link to the original listing on the company's site. We don't republish listing descriptions, and we delete our copy of a listing within 14 days of it being taken down.

Company names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify listings.

For companies: opting out

If you'd like your company's listings excluded from Pullcast, email [email protected] from your company's domain with the link to your job board. We'll stop reading it and remove your listings within 5 business days.

Copyright complaints (DMCA)

If you believe something on Pullcast infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent:

Your notice must include:

1. your physical or electronic signature;
2. identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed;
3. identification of the material on Pullcast you want removed, with enough detail (such as a URL) for us to find it;
4. your address, telephone number and email address;
5. a statement that you believe in good faith that the use isn't authorized by the owner, its agent or the law; and
6. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you're the owner or authorized to act for them.

If material you're responsible for was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address. We'll forward it to the person who complained, as the law requires.
