Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Pullcast (Pullcast LLC) collects, why, who helps us process it, and your choices. The short version: we collect what we need to run your casts and nothing more, we don't sell your information, and we don't use advertising or tracking.
What we collect

The job listings Pullcast reads are public information published by companies; they are not personal information about you.
Cookies
We use one cookie: a session cookie that keeps you signed in and protects forms from forgery. It's strictly necessary, so there's no cookie banner. We don't use advertising, analytics trackers or third-party cookies.
Who processes information for us

They may use this information only to provide their service to us. We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
- Account and cast data: until you delete your account.
- Sign-in request records: one day. Used sign-in links: one day.
- Backups: overwritten on a rolling basis, within 3 days.
- Billing records Stripe keeps for tax and legal reasons follow Stripe's retention.
Your choices and rights
- Emails: every match email has a one-click unsubscribe link. You can switch between instant and daily anytime.
- Access, correction, deletion: email [email protected] from your account's address and we'll send you your data, correct it, or delete your account and casts within 30 days.
- Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK), you may have further rights, such as to object or to complain to a regulator. We honor these requests wherever they apply.
Security
We protect your data with measures such as encrypted connections, signed sessions, single-use sign-in links, and random identifiers in links. No system is perfect; if you find a problem, please tell us (see Security).
Children
Pullcast isn't for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll let you know by email or on the site before it takes effect.
